French Connection!
We just got back from playing a gig in Bolbec, France on Friday, 14th November.
We had a great time and everyone was very supportive, especially Matthieu, the guys from 'Gang' and 'Stringers in the Night'.
I would like to thank everybody involved for making the trip a success. In particular, Danny Cox for the wonderful drumming and 'Touchy' Fealey for getting us there in one piece!
We hope to return early in the new year.

R.I.P. Jeff Healey
I just wanted to say how sad I am at the news of Jeff Healy passing away this week. He will be missed by many and my thoughts are with his family at this tragic time.
Well, Jeff, I hope you can 'See the Light'.

Tripping! (abroad, that is!!)
We are going back to Hungary in December (see 'Live/Gigs' page) which is cool!
Also, we are off to Holland in January to do a couple of gigs with Julian Sas who is a superb blues/rock guitarist and we're really looking forward to both of these trips.
In the meantime, we start recording our new album before Christmas for release early next year. It will a mix of styles from blues/rock to prog/metal and we will be showcasing most of the songs at forthcoming gigs. We hope to see some of you there.

Back from Hungary.

Hi there. We just returned from our Hungarian trip for the Gastroblues Festival and I have to say that we had a great time!
The people were very friendly and helpful (especially with our lack of the language)
and the beer was 70p a pint. Hurrah!!
I ended up playing 4 times over the weekend!
On Friday afternoon, at a VIP bash for a Finnish promoters 50th birthday with the mayor of Paks in attendance.
On Saturday morning, at a beautiful church where Richie and I jammed with a couple of the guys from the Yardbirds.
On Saturday night, when we did our gig proper and went down very well indeed. Richie and Tim were fantastic!
Last, but not least,on Sunday night I was invited to get up and jam with an 11-piece Frank Zappa tribute band which was amazing!!!

Ligging at the LGS!
Had a good time last Saturday (28th April) at the London Guitar Show. Was able to watch Steve Vai's seminar from backstage which was very cool!
Hooked up with some old mates like Phil Hilborne, Geoff Whitehorn, Bernie Marsden and Nicko McBrain and a good time was had by all.
I also had the good fortune to meet Uli Jon Roth
of the Scorpions (one of my fave bands when I was learning to play) so all in all, a great day!!
p.s. A big thanks to my webmaster, Guy, for the day out and also to Pete, for clearing my sinuses on the way home!!!
